Aah mint, a herb so renowned and loved that you may have some growing in your garden or even on your windowsill. It turns out that mint species can readily hybridise so there are a fair few out there besides your standard spearmints and peppermints! At The Custom Spirit Co. we work with a couple varieties but only use leaves that are of the freshest quality, it brings a true vibrancy to a blend that would be impossible to achieve with dried.

 

Rum and mint, on the face of it doesn’t seem like an obvious pairing, but add lime and a little soda water and it’s Mojito o’clock, baby! And who can say no to a quality Mojito? Not us.
