Description
Coffee berries, from the genus 'Coffea', are grown predominantly within the ‘Bean Belt’. This is a defined area between the tropics of Cancer and Capricorn. The berries, once ripe, are picked and dried. These are then roasted for as long as it takes to reach the right flavour-profile, which is pretty much at the discretion of the producer. The coffee beans that The Custom Spirit Co. stock include beans of the 'arabica' variety. This type of bean carries more complex flavour profiles: notes of chocolate, nuts and caramel. As a (we assume) fully functioning adult, we know you don’t need us to describe the flavour of coffee to you. Instead try pairing this distinctive, bitter infusion with complimentary flavours like vanilla, cacao nib and a dash of smoky black cardamom for a spiced blend unlike any you will have tried before. Or, get extra funky and use it to provide depth to a zesty concoction of citrus fruits and pineapple.
