Primary Flavours are the dominant flavours in your blend. These possess the greatest intensities
and will present themselves almost immediately after taking a sip. Some of these flavours are also
quite aromatic and can show up on the nose too!
The colours of the flavours will change as you make your selection, green
flavours are recommended whilst red are not, but they can of course still
Flavours initially in red are not recommended as Primary Flavours due to
strength of flavour.

Yeah, you guessed it, the Secondary Flavours play a supporting role in your blend. In this role,
the flavours you select can be complementary to your Primary selections or they can offer a
contrasting profile, it's completely up to you!
Once again you'll notice the colours of the flavours change based on your
primary flavour selection, the green flavours are recommended.

Dryness and Sweetness
As you might have guessed, this selection refers to the level of perceived sweetness in your blend.
This can be influenced by the inclusion of sugar-rich ingredients or by the addition of sugar. A dry
spirit has no added sugar, a sweet spirit will possess prominent levels of sugar that you won’t be
able to ignore!

All modifications can be done here, if you choose to go back to the Secondary Flavour Selection or
earlier your existing modifications will be lost.
